I’ve lived my adult life in Bloomington Indiana, a vibrant university town that supports and promotes the arts. I have worked in many aspects of visual and information design starting with publications and graphic design and evolving to web-based design, digital video, and other digital media. Following a professional career at Indiana University, I have chosen to revisit my artistic roots of working in real-life mediums but I also support my creative process with digital designing and mapping. I paint full time and I also serve the city on the Bloomington Arts Commission. I work primarily in oils and acrylics, but sometimes I explore watercolors, oil pastels, inks and other media.

My work has recently been selected for the Hoosier Women Artists juried competition, a collaboration between Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch and the Indiana Arts Commission to showcase the work of talented female artists throughout the state. It hangs in the Indiana Statehouse.
